Taj’s journey began in Chicago, where he grew up before attending the University of Indianapolis and competing as a collegiate football player. After graduating, he began his professional career in real estate before transitioning into sales, where he discovered a passion for business, leadership, and developing others.

His career eventually brought him to Kansas City, where he partnered with a major client and continued building his experience in sales and business development. In his first year as a business owner, Taj was recognized as Rookie Owner of the Year, an achievement reflecting the impact he made both within the organization and throughout his community.
